Matrix Staffing Group is a SAP Recruiting firm with clients across North America. We are a preferred Vendor at Saskpower – Saskatchewan’s Power and Utilities provider; and they have asked us to provide them with an CRM w ISU – Functional Resource to work in the team for their CRM Modernization Project in Regina. * Remote is an option – depending on candidate but preference is for ON-site resources at the SaskPower offices in Regina, SK. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The role is planned for 12 months with a possibility of extension.

Position

SaskPower is looking for a SAP CRM Consultant to participate in our CRM Modernization project which is migrating our SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3 application to C4C Service Cloud (Utilities Interaction Center and Ticket Management).

The project is has been in flight since the fall of 2021 and is scheduled to go live in December 2022.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, develop, guide technical resources, implement, maintain and support SAP system changes, enhancements and new initiatives as a SAP CRM specialist, SAP Operations Department delivers ongoing maintenance support, system improvements, and project delivery to solve complex business problems.
• Consult and assist the business in the evaluation, development and implementation of business processes and business requirements relating to SAP functionality and perform SAP configuration changes to improve business procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in SAP CRM.
• Certification in SAP Utilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of CRM/ISU experience.
• Knowledge in C4C Utilities Interaction center
• CTI integration with C4C
• Knowledge of Utilities related facets
• In depth knowledge of ISU processes such as:
o Moves
o Financial reporting
o Interaction records
o ISU Billing,
o Devices Management
o Knowledge in Computer Telephony Integration and IVR
o Service notifications
o Knowledge of business master data and technical master data
o Experience in writing test scripts related to Utilities business processes
