Position

Reporting to the Team Lead Sourcing/ERP SCM Lead, as the Data Conversion Analyst on the ERP Project, your role is to perform the data conversion activities of data creation, cleanse, enrich, transform, load and resolve data quality errors for the data objects in scope for supply chain. This role will also take part in testing system configurations by participating in the integration end to end testing for the project.

Supply Chain Data Conversion Objects include:
• Open Contract Price books in GEP SMART
• Open Purchase Orders in GEP SMART
• Open Ticket Conversion in Enverus
• Service Master
• Material Master
• Material/Service Master Classification
• Assign Commodity Codes to Materials/Services

Responsibilities

• Work with the SCM functional lead to work on data preparation, build, cleanse, execution, and testing of data objects that are identified as part of the data migration component of the SAP Project;
• Data cleansing and data validation with Supply Chain team
• Analyze and apply appropriate data review and cleanse master data including, duplicate records and compliance with naming and standards
• Lead the SCM stream for the data extract, cleanse, build, update data conversion templates and cutover activities
• Document results for the mapping of source fields to target fields of in scope data objects;
• Document results for the development of functional designs of extract and transformation logic for in-scope data objects;
• Ensuring load templates are created for in-scope data objects for all conversion tests and production
• Unit test and validate data transformations and load results; and, identifying data defects for resolution.
• Stewardship of SCM data in all applications (SAP, GEP-SMART and Enverus OpenInvoice)
• Testing system configurations by participating in the integration end to end testing for the project
• Other project tasks assigned
• Ability to effectively communicate with and liaise between business and IT stakeholders

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working within a combination of SAP S/4HANA (MM), eProcurement/p2p/s2o Systems (GEP SMART, Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.) and Electronic Ticketing & Invoicing platforms (Enverus OpenInvoice)
• Experience working on an ERP project performing data conversion tasks as well as testing
• General understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, documents, and document structures
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to negotiate and facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to perform analysis and effectively diagnose clients’ issues.
• Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize work activities and plans and stay organized in order to meet commitments

MUST HAVES:
• Prior ERP project experience performing data conversion for Supply Chain Management
• Experience with eProcurement systems like Enverus OpenInvoice, eProcurement/p2p/s2o Systems (GEP SMART, Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, etc.).
• SAP experience managing data migration efforts including data mapping and loading
• Experience in testing procure to pay end to end scenarios
