Located: Will consider remote – anywhere in Canada
Status: 8 – 9 month contract
Rate: Hourly Rate
Position
Responsible for providing reporting of key human resources data and programs on a global and regional basis. This includes providing analysis and trending of overtime, headcount, turnover, off-cycle increases, demographics, etc. Collaborating with regional Human Resources teams to provide standard l data and reports to leadership teams.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for accurate reporting of key Human Resources data, processes, and programs
• Provide in-depth analytics, trending, and key insights and summaries, highlighting the implication of findings for all reporting
• Develop a standardized reporting cadence for key global reports
• Work with regional Human Resources team members to develop standard reports/formats that will enable them to provide meaningful and useful information to their leadership.
• Train HR personnel to collect data and turn it into meaningful information
• Create templates and reports on succession planning activities
• Provide ongoing succession planning initiatives
• Develop reports to support key leaders in decision-making surrounding finance, human capital, budgeting, and resource allocation strategies
• Provide solutions to complex problems through analysis, identification of problems, and opportunities for improvement
• Host process improvement activities that drive efficiencies in workflow
• Formulate a hypothesis and analyze data to determine optimal solutions
• Systematically improve Human Resource reports and presentations
• Being able to work and build analytics with Power BI and Spinifex out of SAP, SuccessFactors, and Oracle.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management or a related field
• 5+ years in human resources-related systems and reporting
• PowerBI experience required
• Experience with SAP, Success Factors, (and Oracle is a plus), and using statistical software or HR information systems like Spinifex

• Facilitation of cross-functional teams
• Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Board-level presentation skills
